What's this Blog about anyway?

WTF is this blog about? In this day and age where blogging is all about making money and selling you a product, I hope this simple blog stays true to what blogging was originally about: sharing about your life and stories, opinions, and your values, regardless of what the potential audience thinks about you and your posts. This blog is all about anime. It's about the anime that I particularly enjoyed. I'm a big anime fan. But I don't consider myself a typical one. I don't usually enjoy the most common or the most popular, most mainstream anime out there. I often enjoy the less talked-about, less common stories told through the beautiful story telling called anime. Sure, I like a few super popular titles here and there. But you won't find the Demon Slayer's and the Naruto's here. I will fully respect those tiles for capturing the hearts of millions. But they don't do the trick for me. They don't move my heart. Here in this blog, I just talk about the anime titles that made me laugh, cry, or feel good. Tt's that simple. It's just my personal preferences. I just feel like I can offer a unique view as a Japanese native who has lived in the US for the last decade and a bit, and a unique viewpoint on what qualities you should look for and appreciate in anime. That's all. It's just my personal opinons. Don't take it too seriosly.
